The challenge
Every business needs to show up on social media, and most know it. Turning that into a steady stream of good paid social ads is slow, skilled work, and it is one of the services we deliver for our clients.
Making a single AI video still means chaining convoluted steps, a different tool at every stage, and most people stop at step one. We needed a way to produce social ads at the pace our own marketing and our clients' campaigns demand.
What we built
SummLabs is the social media marketing tool we built to solve that. It takes a plain brief and runs the whole pipeline on the latest imaging and video generation models, and in about five minutes plus a few minutes of rendering you have a finished, ready-to-post social ad.
It now powers the paid social we run for Summone Consulting and for the clients we deliver ads for. The same engine a non-technical owner can pick up is the one our team uses to ship client campaigns.
How we did it

Reusable characters, products and wardrobe, so a business gets the same cast and look across every ad instead of a different face each time.
We built the admin workflows so the team manages campaigns, users and rendering day to day without touching code.
The pipeline is model-agnostic. We route each step to the best current imaging and video model and swap them in as better ones ship, with no change to the user experience.
