“Earning within two weeks of launch, and now generating so many leads that Dougie has hired someone just to keep up with them.”
Practical AI workshopsyour team can use tomorrow.
A hands-on session for business owners and managers, not developers. Configure your AI tools properly, cut through the marketing noise, and leave with skills you can apply the same day.
Most teams are using AI at 10% capacity.
Nine out of ten people configure their AI tools badly, then wonder why the results never match what they see on LinkedIn or YouTube. The problem is rarely the tool. It is how it was set up in the first place.
This workshop fixes the fundamentals live, in the room. You bring your laptop and phone, we bring the corrections, and you leave with working configurations, not just slides.
From wrong settings to real weekly hours saved.

“We find your buyers, write the emails, and send the outreach. Enquiries land in your inbox. You do nothing.”
“I had an idea and I just wanted to bring it to life. Summone supported me through the whole build, design, planning and testing. It was not just my idea, it was their support.”
Asked and answered.
How long is the AI workshop?
The signature session runs for 2 to 3 hours, including hands-on exercises, live demonstrations and a Q&A tailored to your industry. Longer full-day formats are available for larger teams.
How much does it cost?
It is £500 + VAT per person, with group discounts as your team size grows: £480 for two people, £460 for three, £440 for four, and £420 for five or more. Get in touch for larger groups.
What will attendees actually learn?
Practical skills they can use immediately: effective prompting, choosing the right AI tool for their workflow, understanding the limitations and risks, and a personal action plan to save real hours every week.
Do you run these remotely, or only in Edinburgh and Glasgow?
Both. We deliver in person across Edinburgh, Glasgow and wider Scotland, and remotely via Teams or Zoom for distributed teams. In-person tends to be more engaging; remote works well when a team is spread out.
What technical knowledge do we need beforehand?
None. The workshop is designed for business professionals, not developers. If you can use email and a web browser, you can fully participate, and we adjust the depth to the room.
What happens after the workshop ends?
Every attendee receives a 30-day follow-up plan with handouts, and can ask Steven anything during that month at no extra charge. The workshop is the start, not the whole thing.
Can we bring a bigger team to bring the cost down?
Yes. Group pricing rewards bigger bookings automatically, from £500 down to £420 per person for five or more attendees. It is usually the cheapest way to get a whole department fluent at once.
Let’s talk about your business.
A straight conversation with Steven. No pitch, no juniors, no handoffs. He will map where you are losing time, what it is worth, and what to do about it, before you spend a penny.
