“Earning within two weeks of launch, and now generating so many leads that Dougie has hired someone just to keep up with them.”
AI strategy thatscales beyond the pilot.
Your AI proof-of-concept impressed the board. Now what? We build AI strategies that scale from pilot to production, with governance, data infrastructure and change management designed for thousands of users, not just a demo room.
The gap isn’t technology. It’s scale.
Most Scottish organisations have run an AI proof-of-concept. Few have scaled one into production. The gap is governance, data infrastructure, change management and executive sponsorship, not the model itself.
AI transformation is mostly people, not technology. Teams resist tools they don’t understand or trust, and deploying AI without a governance framework creates regulatory and reputational risk on top of that. We build strategies that address both from day one.
Five phases, from assessment to scaled deployment.

“We find your buyers, write the emails, and send the outreach. Enquiries land in your inbox. You do nothing.”
“I had an idea and I just wanted to bring it to life. Summone supported me through the whole build, design, planning and testing. It was not just my idea, it was their support.”
Asked and answered.
How do you scale AI from pilot to production?
By addressing five areas systematically: data infrastructure, technology platform and MLOps, organisational readiness, a governance framework, and executive sponsorship with clear business cases and KPIs.
What is an AI maturity assessment?
An evaluation across six dimensions: data readiness, technology infrastructure, team capabilities, governance maturity, executive sponsorship and use-case pipeline. It produces a scored report with benchmarked recommendations.
How long does an enterprise AI strategy engagement take?
A comprehensive engagement typically runs 4 to 8 weeks, covering maturity assessment, roadmap development, governance design and business case creation. Implementation support then extends over 3 to 12 months depending on scale.
Do you help with AI governance and responsible AI frameworks?
Yes. Governance is central to every engagement: model risk management, bias and fairness testing, explainability standards, human oversight requirements and responsible AI policies, designed to satisfy the FCA, ICO and industry-specific regulators.
What AI platforms do you work with?
We’re platform-agnostic but experienced with Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, the Power Platform and n8n. We recommend the right technology for your requirements and existing stack, not vendor partnerships.
How do you measure ROI on AI strategy?
Every initiative has success criteria defined before implementation starts: time saved, cost reduction, quality improvement, revenue impact and adoption metrics, tracked through quarterly reviews.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope: a maturity assessment is a different job to a full scaling programme with implementation support. The strategy call gives you clear recommendations and rough numbers; a costed plan follows only if you decide to proceed.
