How much does Microsoft 365 Copilot cost per user?
Microsoft 365 Copilot costs £24.70 per user per month (billed annually) on top of your existing Microsoft 365 E3 or E5 licence. The bigger cost is usually a poorly planned rollout: our deployment service makes sure you get actual return from day one.
What licensing and governance readiness do we need before deploying Copilot?
You need Microsoft 365 E3/E5 or Business Standard/Premium licences and Azure Active Directory as the baseline. Beyond that, it is a governance question: how tightly SharePoint permissions are managed and whether a data governance policy exists for Copilot to inherit safely. We assess licensing fit and governance maturity together before recommending a rollout.
How long does a Copilot deployment take?
A pilot with 20 to 50 users typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, including data governance review, pilot group selection, training and initial adoption measurement. A full enterprise rollout follows over 2 to 3 months.
Will Copilot expose sensitive company data?
This is the number one risk of a poorly configured deployment. Copilot inherits your existing Microsoft 365 permissions, so if those are broken, Copilot will surface data users should not see. We audit and fix permissions before Copilot is switched on.
